The fiber placed on the conveyor is automatically transferred to the lower conveyor by the optical sensor device and it is disassembled and transported by Spike Lattice and then the fiber dropped by the rotary beater is transferred to the opener.
- · The gauge between the rotating Baeter and spike lattice should be adjusted within the range of 0 to 60 mm to suit the various characteristics of the fiber, such as the type and length of the fiber.
- · In the opener, the feed roller compresses the vertically transferred fiber and the cylinder with the Beater Bar provides the perfect opening to increase productivity and minimize textile damage.
